Upstairs there is master double en-suite room with views stretching across the Solent to Chichester. The second double room has views to the rear of property taking in countryside views and sunsets. There is off road parking for two vehicles (three at a squeeze), but we do ask that you do not drive your car up to the front of the property.
As a guest of the property you can enjoy direct private access to the sandy, sheltered Priory Bay via a track through an orchid filled orchard past a charming folly through the woods to the beach. You are located on the coastal path have both woodland and coastal walks leading to St Helens, Seaview, Bembridge and beyond.
