The Coach House is located on a small eight acre estate/garden with winding paths through the orchard, past ponds, streams, the great oak, through the bluebell woods and down to an almost perfect beach. You will be privileged to see abundant wildlife from red squirrels, dragonfly, badgers to barn owls, peregrines and buzzards and occasionally seals and dolphins.
The Coach House sleeps 10 in two double bedrooms and three twin rooms, with a bathroom upstairs and down. Downstairs there is a double bedroom, a twin and a bathroom with shower over the bath. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, with two twins, the attic one being particularly suitable for children and a second bathroom. This makes the house suitable for two families.
The main feature of this house is the vaulted family space with a dining table for up to 10, comfortable sofas with a games area and a 48" TV which can be seen from the kitchen. A great space for family and friends to relax together on holiday.
The well-equipped kitchen has a double American fridge/freezer, a Range Master with double ovens, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer. In the centre is a butchers block offering ample preparation and storage space.
It overlooks a vaulted open-plan dining and living space, allowing you to enjoy your cooking without being cut-off from the frolic and fun of friends and family. Outside the kitchen window is a thriving vegetable garden and you are welcome to pick surplus vegetables and herbs in season.
In front of the Coach House is a large barbecue with a shaded tables for 10, making it the perfect spot for summer lunches, al fresco dining, a glass of chilled rose or an early evening cocktail with Isle of Wight gin - for a huge price you may get a homegrown lemon from the owner next door!!
