All of our properties have direct private access to Priory Bay via a track through our woods.
 

ARRIVAL

Our arrival time is 16.00hrs.  On occasions, if the cleaners are finished, we may be able to welcome an earlier access to the property.  You are, in any event, more than welcome to leave the car in the parking provided and use the beach.  The path down to the beach is a track - down and across the woodland area, straight onto the sand. The BEACH GATE CODE is 01200.  Please lock and turn the dials behind you to keep our property private.  Please keep this number confidential even though we change it reguarly.

DIRECTIONS

Our postcode is PO34 5BU but do not put this in your satnav as it will take you to a closed  entrance. 

To find us, put in Caws Avenue, Nettlestone.

Once there, turn sharp right into Priory Drive. Follow this road for about 150 metres, and then at the corner, branch right up a narrow lane (Priory Road). There is a signboard here showing Cluniac Cottage, Coach House, Hideaway etc. At the top of this road, carry straight through the old Priory Hotel gates.

Cluniac Cottage - on your right just in from the gates, parking in front of the house.

Coach House - After the gates, go straight to the old barn, turn left and it is the stone house on your left. Parking at the tennis courts. What3Words: breakaway.elect.breezy

Caribbean Corner and Hideaway - past the tennis courts on your left, you will see a signboard on your right for Caribbean/Hideaway down a track towards the beach. You cannot miss the stunning yurts at the bottom, just above the ocean – Caribbean Corner is to the left, with its own parking marked with a wooden sign. WELCOME PACK

We supply an initial guest welcome pack of: dishwasher tablets, dishwasher liquid, a dish sponge, instant coffee, a pint of milk, tea bags and sugar. Please note that as the accommodation is self-catering, the above will cover a part of your stay, but not all of it, depending how much you use. The local Nisa in Nettlestone is open until 9pm every night for any urgent purchases.

 

DOGS
Please refrain from allowing your dog upstairs, on the sofas, on the beds and any other soft furnishings.  Cleaning up in preparation for the next guests is so much harder and longer if the furnishings are used by animals. Also, we often have allergy sufferers as guests so we try to accommodate them too. Do please bring your own dog bed. Wispa, our lurcher will almost certainly greet you at some stage and is happy to welcome other dogs on her beach!!   

EV CAR CHARGER
We now have an EV charger located at the Coach House on our property. Please contact us should you wish to charge your car. We will give you the login details then.
